Oh well, we were told that even this land might be below the road level once all the road work is done and it would be very costly to bring the house above the road level. There is so much uncertainty on this land hence we decided to buy another lot off Curtis Road, Kellyville. The new lot is smaller in size but i think it is better than the one we were initially going to purchase and of course cheaper as well hence saving $$$ not to mention we are now getting the $5000 grant as well. But the extra $5000 will be spent on things to make the house comply with bush-fire protection rules.
Paid the 5% deposit on for lot 107 on the 8th of June 2013. Settlement is in January 2014.

Changed the house from Seaview 36 to 39
After looking at other display homes which have 4 bedrooms, we felt that the bedrooms in Seaview 36 are a bit smaller. So we decided to go with Seaview 39 instead. The extra $16000 will give us an extra bedroom plus more space in the master bedroom and all other rooms. Any way didn't like the layout of the en-suite though. Made some changes and and also took the advantage of a very large master bedroom and extended the WIR by another 110cm X 400cm. Sent the changes to our sales guy. Now waiting for the tender to come.
